Maximum value information architecture

I’ve posted the slides from my presentation on Slideshare. They’ll also appear on the IA Summit website soon.
I tried something new with this presentation. Instead of working through a list of points, I shared a collection of stories. Sadly, this means the slides are almost useful without hearing the stories. But, if you saw the presentation, now you can see the non-typographically-challenged version, complete with Mooninite!
Fortunately, we recorded the presentation. Hopefully, when the slides go up on the Summit website, they’ll post the audio, too.
