Jeff Lash launched a fantastic new blog in December: How to be a good product manager.
For those just entering the field or wanting to learn more, Jeff shares well-written lessons based on both his experience and others. The format’s great. He suggests how a bad product manager would do something, and then he juxtaposes what a good product manager would do.
The lessons are straight-forward, but it’s nice to be reminded of things you should already know or might have forgotten. Plus the good versus bad and the modest depth of explanation really hammer things home.
